This costume takes me 4 days or less to make from the time I receive all information listed below
Peter Pan Costume
I can make everything in BLACK for a "Peter's Shadow" Costume
and I have adult size black morph suits in place of the leggings
This costume includes:

DESCRIPTION:
The Tunic
is
made of 100% polyester Fleece Fabric.
It is machine washable and dryer safe.
I've had a real hard time finding fabric for this costume. I ordered swatches from all over the world it seems.
I have settled on this pea green as it is the closest I can find to match the iconic cartoon version of Peter Pan
PLEASE CHOOSE COLOR:

The Hat
is made of Dark Green Felt and comes with a Red Feather.
Since the hat is made of felt, you can mold it to your head so that it fits
like Peter's hat fits him (on the back of the head, see above cartoon image)
The head model below is tiny, like a child's head. On an adult, it will sit farther back.
I am also attaching some thin elastic to help hold it on. Just like a cone party hat has, but you may choose to remove the elastic and use bobby pins to keep it on. If you press it onto your head, you may find that you don't need either thing to keep it on.
The Waist Belt
and sheath are made of felt fabric.
The belt fastens to itself with velcro.
The belt is adjustable

It has a felt sheath that will hold the dagger
The blade (and therefore the sheath) is 10" long, overall dagger is 14" end to end
This is a great toy knife because the blade is just soft enough that it will bend with pressure.
If it is left laying around and gets stepped on, it won't break.
The Shoe Covers
are made of Brown Felt fabric with a piece of elastic (will be black, not white as shown) to hold them on the shoe like a stirrup.

They are so soft and comfy. They have NO odor like some leggings. I have come across leggings in my costuming career that smelled like straight up petrol, but these are the best ever and completely smell free!

and Please tell me shoe size # as well as whether for a toddler, youth, man or woman, I can convert European sizes, etc if you don't know in US sizes.
Please give me the following measurements in inches
** What is the measurement Around Your waist
(where you will wear your belt)?
**Around Your CHEST?
**HOW LONG do you want your tunic?
(when measuring, go from tip top of shoulder down your front (over chest and belly) to lowest point at bottom)
Keep in mind that The slits in the scallop rise up higher, look at a an image of peter Pan to see the spots to which you should measure (the high scallop and low)
My current guess (and I'm offering this to give a a range that seems likely, you may get different results) is about 29" to the beginning of the slit which starts at center leg about hip height, curving toward crotch for the point and an overall length of about 35" (and this might be good for a 5'10" to about 6' tall person).
SO, Give me these two measurements for tunic length:
give me a short length for start of the scallops (tip top of shoulder to about the hip, even height with the crotch) and the long overall length which will be from the tip top of shoulder to the length that offers full coverage according to your requirement.
Or, just give me an overall length and I'll cut scallops that compliment the look.
