Everything appears to be in good condition. with nothing missing. These were overorder stock from a local elementary school remodel job here near me. What you see is what you get.     You are purchasing one light fixture for the price. I have two fixtures available. You are looking at commercial ceiling LED
    EMERGENCY
    lighting that is new unused. For recessed  ceiling installation.  These lights can be mounted on T bar dropped ceiling construction.. Or on wood rafters for new construction.
    These have a battery back up that comes with them.
    & a red indicator light. Which makes them much heavier to ship and expensive to purchase from a supplier..  You will have to purchase lenses for your specific installation and taste. What you see, is what you will get. I
