I will write a full length novel based on any story idea that you want. Just tell me the plot and any character names that you would like to have in the story. Once it is done, you are free to do with it as you please. This auction is for at least 60,000 words of fictional content. I will need between 1 and 3 months to finish the book with this many words.
The novel will feature:

A genre that can be either drama, horror, action, mystery or suspense
Additional revisions and edits
What you can do with the story:
Pitch it to book publishers and agents
