Custom Painting From Photo - Pet Portrait, Hand Painted on Canvas

This listing is for a hand painted dog, cat, or any other animal portrait.  All photos in this listing are examples of my own work, and what you should expect your painting to look like. I am an artist working out of Chicago, and I take great pride in my portraiture, while using no shortcuts.
The listing is for a bust portrait of one pet, using oil paint on a 16"x20" canvas
This price in this listing includes a simple off white, medium tone, or dark backdrop.  Full image backdrops (landscapes, Scenery) cost slightly more, please inquire within.
Process:
First you will submit a photo of the subject.  Please let me know if you'd like a to use the existing background from the photo, a simple portrait backdrop (which is included in the price for this listing), or a special scenic backdrop that can be painted in.  (If you decide to change the existing backdrop, I will send you a number of different proofs, exhibiting different styles of portrait backdrops) Then once you decide on the composition, I will begin the painting.  After the painting is finished, I will submit a photo to you.  You will have an opportunity to look over the painting and make any notes of minor changes. If any changes are needed, I will make them, and ship the painting.
