STERLING SILVER THIMBLE SHOT GLASS/JIGGER/C

An engraved antique sterling silver 'Only a Thimble Full' cocktail measure or shot glass.
While researching this piece came across that there was a  manufactured  located in  Philadelphia  that made a very similar item in the form of a very large figural thimble during the roaring 1920s.  Does have the marking of sterling and also a capital S   (SIMONS?)  Measurements stands about  2 in.
