    Never installed- Two Brosco double hung window- Approx. 3'-1"w x 2'-9"H double hung.  All wood interior and primed exterior. 5/4 x 4 exterior casing.
    These are unusually short double hung windows that would work great for a basement room.
    I'm a homebuilder and these are leftover unused windows from a project. I'm clearing out my storage area and the windows shows some signs of being in storage but will look brand new with a coat of paint. Price is for both windows
