A beautiful 1891 CC liberty head half eagle gold piece graded AU 58 by NGC. It holds a sharp strike throughout both sides with attractive original surfaces. It holds a great overall look and has been approved by CAC for quality. It has very popular among collectors lately as all other examples we have offered have sold very quickly.
This Carson City Mint coin holds a mintage of only 208,000. Of this low mintage, the PCGS Coin Facts estimates that only 2,375 have survived in all grades today.
